13 Things I love about Quesadillas!

Thirteen Things I love about Quesadillas! They are easy to make! They are cheap! Kids like them! You can cut them with a pizza cutter! You can dip them in salsa! (see #3) They are quick to make! They don't make crumbs, drip or otherwise make a mess when eaten! Sometimes I even have extra stuff, like cooked chicken or tomatoes, to make them seem more like a meal or something! I can say things like, "Make yourself a dang quesadiLa!" a la Napolean Dynamite! They're practically educational! We're learning Spanish! Queso! Tortilla! They look like chips!
